Dahlia View will comprise a total of 281 homes. The layout structure, street network and key frontages will be reflective of the principles established in the Design Code. The site layout has been designed to create a high-quality environment and townscape.

The reserved matters application has now been approved by the Vale of White Horse and construction on building the new homes at Dahlia View will start soon. More information will be available in due course.
