Parcel 6T Clover Meadow
Taylor Wimpey is delighted to share plans for the next phase of new homes at Valley Park at parcel 6T, which will be known as Clover Meadow.
Before submitting a Reserved Matters application to the Vale of White Horse District Council for this phase of development, we want to give residents and businesses the opportunity to find out more about the detailed proposals for 225 high-quality new homes.

The Site
Phase 6T is part of the wider development of Valley Park.
A number of residential developments within earlier phases are near completion. Taylor Wimpey has an excellent track record and is currently delivering 246 new homes at Phase 1T Primrose Gardens and will soon start on their second Phase 2Tb, Dahlia View which will deliver 284 new homes.

Taylor Wimpeys’ vision for Clover Meadow is to create an attractive residential environment of 225 new homes, which will complement the emerging community in and around Valley Park.

The 225 new homes will range from 1 and 2-bedroom apartments to 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses – including affordable homes. All new houses will be 2 or 2.5 storeys, and the apartment blocks will be no more than 3 storeys high, as per the parameters in the Strategic Design Code.
Our proposals
also include:
- Delivery of over 33% affordable housing through a mix of Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership pepper-potted across the site. In line with Council policy.
- 5% of Affordable homes have been designed to M4 (Cat3) wheelchair standards.
- Policy compliant provision of car parking spaces, visitor car parking spaces and cycle provision provided for all flats and houses.
- An area of open space along the western boundary connecting to the site to the north and south of Valley Park.
- Provision of public open space and green links throughout the Clover parcel.
- Provision of an equipped play area at the north of the site.
- Access to the site will be via Didcot Road and the Harwell Link Road roundabout at the south. Access will also be provided from the north via the Spine Road being delivered to serve the wider Valley Park site.
- Provision of street trees and additional areas of tree planting throughout the site.
- Pedestrian and cycle links have been located throughout the site, and pedestrian routes into the site will be well-lit, overlooked, and accessible.
- Use of air source heat pumps instead of gas and the inclusion of solar panels.
